The Soul Exchange Authority (we, our, us) provides novelty entertainment products designed purely for fun and theatrical amusement. When you purchase a “Soul Exchange Certificate” or any related product, you agree that all items are fictional and for entertainment purposes only.

No legal, spiritual or supernatural transaction or claim of ownership occurs.

     2. What You Are Buying

You may choose from:

• Digital certificate (PDF Download): A personalised novelty “Soul Exchange Certificate” delivered electronically via email or download link after purchase.
• Deluxe printed package: A physical novelty certificate printed on parchment style paper, posted directly to the shipping address provided.
• Collectors cursed edition: A physical novelty certificate printed on parchment style paper accompanied by a printed novelty contract and personalised soul reorientation card (SRN), posted directly to the shipping address provided.

All options are theatrical novelty products. They carry no legal, monetary or metaphysical value.

     3.Entertainment Disclaimer

All products and accompanying materials are intended solely for entertainment and comedic use.

They are not religious, spiritual or supernatural services and no genuine soul transfer, ownership change or binding effect is created.

By purchasing, you acknowledge you understand this and accept the playful nature of the product.

    4.Payment & Delivery

All prices are listed in GBP (£). Payment is processed securely through our chosen payment providers.

Digital certificates are normally delivered by email within 24 hours of payment.

Deluxe printed packages are dispatched within 5–7 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on postal services. We are not liable for import fees or postal delays once items are dispatched.

     5.Refund & Cancellation Policy

We comply with UK consumer law regarding digital and physical goods.

• Digital (PDF) Certificates:

Because digital certificates are customised and delivered electronically, your right to cancel ends once the file has been emailed or downloaded.

If you experience a technical issue or receive the wrong name/details, contact us within 7 days and we’ll correct or resend it free of charge.

• Deluxe Printed Packages:

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product if it arrives damaged or incorrect.

Because each certificate and contract are custom made, refunds are not available for change of mind once printing has started.

To request a refund for damaged or incorrect items, email: Morningstar@SoulExchangeAuthority.com with your order number and a photo of the issue within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed using the original payment method within 10 working days.

     6.Age Requirement

Purchasers must be 18 years or older. These products are not designed for children.

     7.Data & Privacy

We collect only the information needed to fulfil your order (name, email, shipping details)

We do not sell or share your personal data.
