Refund & Cancellation Policy

We comply with UK consumer law regarding digital and physical goods.

• Digital (PDF) Certificates:

Because digital certificates are customised and delivered electronically, your right to cancel ends once the file has been emailed or downloaded.

If you experience a technical issue or receive the wrong name/details, contact us within 7 mortal days and we’ll correct or resend it free of charge.

• Deluxe Printed Packages:

You may cancel your order within 14 mortal days of receiving the product if it arrives damaged or incorrect.

Because each certificate and contract are custom made, refunds are not available for change of mind once printing has started.

To request a refund for damaged or incorrect items, email: Morningstar@SoulExchangeAuthority.com with your order number and a photo of the issue within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed using the original payment method within 10 mortal working days.
